BEREAVEMENT COUNSELLING can be very helpful when you have lost someone close and your emotions are extremely hurtful to the extent that you are struggling to manage life.
It may be that your sadness weighs so heavily you almost wish it were you that had passed away.
Sometimes there are feelings of anger or guilt or shame which need to be worked through and I can help you to look at these and see how you better can mange these emotions.
Unfortunately there can also arise anguish between family members or friends which add to the upset and you might like a non-involved support to talk through such issues.
